  • After 12 hours or once the packaging and shipping process has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for products that arrive damaged or defective.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or a video of the item to assist us in quality control.
  • Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, based on your preference.
